StablePAVE 40 was the stabilised gravel containment system of choice for access, car parking and pathways as part of the major renovation project undertaken by the Penicuik House Preservation Trust. The renovation concept was to provide training opportunities for apprentice tradesmen in traditional skills and subsequently to offer educational and practical training to the wider public.

StablePAVE 40 enabled the use of natural aggregate, permeable pavement as an appropriate, sympathetic paved surface, without compromise on performance.

January 2015 sees the launch of our Silkstone Ceramique terrace tiles. These lightweight, ultra-thin tiles offer the strength and durability of concrete with the finish of ceramics. The tiles are an excellent, sustainable alternative to natural stone. Ceramique can be placed on traditional sub base, mortar bedding, or flat roofs on pedestals for raised access floors and roof gardens.
