Natural Aggregate - Precast Paving

We provide an excellent range of pre-cast paving, where our speciality is natural aggregate finishes.

The programme incorporates grit blasted and polished granite effects, high quality exposed aggregate and polished concrete or riven textured slate alternatives.

Uniquely, large dimensional units and custom made designs or colours form an integral part of what we offer. The range comprises:

BKA Granitolux: - granite effect units with 24 finishes in a 40 x 40 x 4 cm format and pre - engineered circles, for pedestrian and light vehicular use.
Beach Pebble: - rounded flint exposed aggregate tiles in both 40 x 40 x 4 cm and 50 x 50 x 5 cm formats, with matching copings, steps and planters.
Novostone: - granite effect pavers, both grit blasted and polished, in tiles at thicknesses from 4 cm to 10 cm, suitable for every application from pedestrian to heavy vehiclular applications. In addition to a full traditional size range, linear units at 60 x 20 x 10 cm are offered. Kerbs and steps can be produced to match.
Percola: - Permeable paving system in architecturally pleasing granite effects with both grit blasted and polished finishes.
Loftstone: - Polished concrete effect paving tiles for both exterior and interior, pedestrian applications. Sizes up to 1.00 mtr. x 1.00 mtr in natural colours of Dark Slate, Anthracite, Antique White, Platignum Grey and Blue Mist.
Artstone Pavers: - In large format ( 80 x 80cm , 80 x 40 cm), Pre designed multi sized formats, linear formats 33 x 11 x 6cm or Belgian Classic 20 x 5 x 6 cm, with an innovative colour range including blues and greens.
Noblesse: - An elegant linear paving at 60 x 30 x 5.5 cm for exterior and interior use. Produced with a subtle riven texture in five warm colours of, Dark Slate, Graphite, Bracken, Golden Sand and Creme-Rose.
Custom Made: - Uniquely at HRL, enquiries for special requirements of size, colour and finish are welcomed. Extensive capability and capacity for cost effective production of non standard designs is available through our UrbaSTYLE partnership.

Our paving range is supplemented by support products for edge restraint, weed free, non - migrating joint filling and penetrating, protective sealers for stain resistance, to maximize productivity, performance and durability.
