Stabilised Gravel Paving

• A natural, permeable alternative to resin bound, asphalt and other hard pavement.

Stabilised Gravel Paving combines purpose designed, honeycomb reinforcement cells with the natural appearance, strength, security and free draining characteristics of a loose aggregate surface. Panels are designed to be buried below a gravel surface where the honeycomb containment structure prevents sinking, rutting or migration of the aggregate dressing. This ensures that surfaces are suitable and comfortable for pedestrian, wheelchair and light vehicle use. The inherent compressive strength of the filled honeycomb enables occasional access for heavier emergency and utility traffic.

SUDS and BREEAM Friendly:

The systems are free draining, minimising demand on surface drainage capacity and have the characteristics to work effectively with rainwater harvesting arrangements .

Honeycombs are 100% recyclable and in the case of StableDRIVE, manufactured from 100% UK recycled raw materials. The systems create a volume outlet for appropriate reclaimed aggregates.

StableDRIVE: provides comprehensive compressive and lateral vehicle turning moment resistance for all uses, up to and including heavier vehicle operation such as car parks, horseboxes, caravans, tractors, 4 x 4 vehicles and site maintenance equipment. StableDRIVE is supplied in panels of
0.960 x 1.040 x 40 mm deep which clip together.

Nidagravel 140: The original system specifically developed for use with gravel complete with a weed suppressant membrane attached to the base. Supplied in panels of 2.400 x 1.200 x 40 mm deep, Nidagravel 140 has excellent compressive strength characteristics suitable for most pedestrian, wheel chair and light vehicle use in residential and heritage situations.

Nidapath 125: Developed to satisfy demand for a specific pathway reinforcement as an alternative to self binding gravels, asphalt or resin bound surfaces. Produced in smaller panels ( 0.800 x 1.200 metres) and only 25 mm deep, Nidapath 125 offers a secure, natural, permeable and cost effective pathway solution, requiring minimal maintenance
